Ezrat HaSofer, "Tikun sofrim with glosses", Chamisha Chumshei Torah, with haftarot. Amsterdam, [1767-1769].
Designed for use as example for scribes [according to the custom that each column of the Sefer Torah starts with the letter vav]. The book was printed in two editions, this edition has vowels with cantillation notes and numbering of psukim and chapters.
At beginning of book, booklet "Meir Netiv" about the holy and mundane names in the Torah. At the end of the book, "Luchot Ha'ibur" – calendar leaves [folded] for determining special days [Hebrew and Spanish]. The haftara of Shabbat Eichah with Spanish translation.

Title page with brass engraving at beginning of book. Separate sections for haftarot and calendars.
18.5 cm. Good condition. Stains. Pasted paper in a number of leaves. Two leaves with wide margins. Signature and exlibris.
