1. Emissary letters by the sages of Tiberias authorizing Rabbi Ya'akov Va'aknin to collect money for publishing his father's books "Va-yedaber David". Tiberias, 1908. Signatures and ink stamps by rabbis and institutions: Rabbi Ya'akov Ha-Cohen Sekeli, Rabbi Machluf Ha-Cohen, Rabbi Eliyahu Iluz, Rabbi Ya'akov Chai Zarihan, Rabbi Menashe Chamoy and Rabbi Shmuel Ben Kiki. (Most signatures are by hand, some are stamped). On the border of the leaf appears an additional letter signed by the heads of "Keter Torah" yeshivah: Rabbi Yossef Gigi and Rabbi Moshe Meir Chai Elyakim.

2. Emissary letter of Safed to Rabbi Shalom Shimon of Tadga, concerning the mission of Rabbi Chaim Iluz. Safed, 1893. Hand signed by rabbis of Safed, chief rabbi Yossef Ya'uda Chakim, Rabbi Ya'akov Chai Abu, Rabbi Avraham Chai Shaki and Rabbi Moshe Ya'akov. Ink stamps of the institutions and of the chief rabbi.
