A portfolio comprising 22 serigraph (silk screen) prints by David Moss, hand colored. Each print is dedicated to one of the letters of the so-called "Alphabet of Metatron" – one of the scripts known as "Angelic Scripts" – mystical Hebrew letters associated with the Archangel Metatron, a dominant figure in the literature of Jewish mysticism.
This portfolio was printed in a limited number of copies. The present copy is Number 18 in an edition of 22 numbered copies, each containing two sets of 22 prints in addition to a title page print; each print is numbered and signed in pencil by the artist, David Moss.
Also enclosed is a booklet containing an introduction by Moss, in which he explains the shape and meaning of each one of the letters.
