Two letters handwritten and signed by David Ben-Gurion, addressed to the poet and author Arieh Chorshi. Sent from Haifa to Berl Katzenelson School in Holon (of which Chorshi was principal at the time), November-December 1966.
Both letters concern the arrangement of a meeting between Ben-Gurion and Chorshi. In one of the letters Ben-Gurion writes: "I am very busy these days, but I hope that in a week or two I shall be less busy… the youth of today, after all, will be the ones to shape the image of the nation in the future…" (Hebrew).
Two letters, a letter from November 1966: [1] leaf (written on one side), 21.5 cm. Letter from December 1966: [1] leaf (written on one side), 20 cm. Good condition. Folding marks.
