In the center of the plaque is the text of the Israeli "Declaration of Independence" in English translation; surrounding it is an illustrated frame with decorations in vegetal motifs, a soldier figure, view of Tel Aviv, and more. At the top of the plaque is a portrait of Herzl, with the flag of Israel on both sides and the inscription, "If you will it, it is no dream" (Hebrew).
The same company produced another, identical plaque with the "Declaration of Independence" text in Hebrew. See "Kedem" catalogue, auction 47, item 36.
