The text of the "Scroll of Independence" in the center of the plaque; surrounded by an illustrated frame with vegetal patters, a figure of a soldier, view of Tel Aviv, and more. Herzl's portrait on the upper part with Israel's flag on both sides and an inscription: "If you will it, it is no dream". Approx. 34X26.5 cm. Pierced for hanging (with chains). Good condition. Slight bends to lower part.
