Chumash Bereshit, including translations, the interpretation of Rashi and of Be’er Mayim Chaim of Rabbi Chaim (Tirer) from Tcharnowitz author of “Siduro Shel Shabbat”, Sadilikov-Mahlov, [1820]. First edition of “Be’er Mayim Chaim”.
The “Be’er Mayim Chaim” manuscript was sent from Israel to Rabbi Mordechai from Kramnitz, who writes in his approbation: “Upon receiving the writings… I took upon myself the task of handing them over for copying and arrangement… and I have found… among the most dear of the holy congregation of Mahlov… Rabbi Ya'akov who is the Mechutan of… the author, who willingly offered… to print them… and I am handing over to him all of the mentioned approbations”.
The book is incomplete and includes only pages 15-293 (instead of [2], 5-354), 20.5cm. Fair condition. Stains and mildew stains. Minor moth damage. Worn binding.
