Rabbi Moshe Yehuda Leib (1813-1884) was an outstanding Torah scholar, of the Chatam Sofer’s disciples. More about him and a photocopy of his handwriting in “Ha-Chatam Sofer Ve-Talmidav”, pp. 378-379.
