The broadside opens with words on behalf of King George V regarding the British Mandate in Palestine and the appointment of a High Commissioner. Following are Samuel's plans to develop the country and promote the establishment of a national home for the Jewish people in the country, while maintaining balanced relationships between the Jewish Yishuv and the Muslim and Christian populations. The coat of arms of the United Kingdom appears on top.
Approx. 56.5X48.5 cm. Fair-good condition. Folding marks and many creases. Stains. A tear of about 17 cm (along the folding line), with damage to text.
