Rabbi Zvi Pesach Frank (1872-1960, Otzar Harabbanim 17554), leading Posek and Rabbi in his generation. Son-in-law of the son of Rabbi Chaim Ya'akov Shapira, Av-Beit-Din Jerusalem, and his successor as member of Rabbi Shmuel Salant's Beit-Din, as of 1907. Established "Misrad Ha-Rabanut" in Jerusalem. Since 1934 - Rabbi of Jerusalem. Some of his writings became the books Har Tzvi Responsum, Mikraei Kodesh, Mikdash Melech and more.
