Sephardi customs appear occasionally. Ornamentations and illustrations in some places (illustration of Menorah and a jug before the Haftara “Beha’alotcha”; illustrated flowers precede the Haftara “Pinchas”; illustration of a trumpet, birds, Star of David inscribed “Zion” – at the end of the Haftara “VeZot HaBeracha”; illustration of a container for Ethrog, Lulav and Hadas precedes the Haftara for Succot. Height of parchment: 54 cm. overall good condition. Stains and wear. Holes to parchment in some places. Rolled on “Atzei Chayim”, damaged.
