Manuscript, explanations of Hebrew words according to the laws of Hebrew grammar, from the Parshiyot of the Torah. Various texts in Hebrew and Italian. [Italy, ca. 17th century].
Original composition, handwritten by the author.
Leaf [10] contains the text of a letter for a woman wishing to beg forgiveness from her father: "A prayer for a poor woman… I said I would confess my sins to…and he would forgive them… I know that a father has mercy on his children…he will have mercy on me and cleanse me of my sins and have mercy on his maidservant…"
[30] leaves, (20 written). 18.5 cm. Fair condition. Dampstains and mold marks. Tears to several pages, without damage to text. Several tears have been repaired. Slight worming. New binding. Bookplate.
