Painting on glass, created by Moshe Ben Yitzchak Mizrahi (Shah). [Jerusalem], 1924.
Oil paint and silver foil on glass.
On the top appears a circle with the inscription "Baruch Ata BeVo'acha uBaruch Ata Betzetcha", surrounded by twelve small circles with the names of the Twelve Tribes, bordered by a floral frame on a silvery background. On the right and left sides of the circle appear gates between two spiral columns topped with golden lions staring forward and holding a flower in their paw. On the right gate appears the inscription "Ben Porat Yosef Ben Porat Aley Ayin" and on the left gate: "Banot Tza'ada Aley Shur", and the date - 1924.
A light strip divides between the upper section of the painting and the lower section, inscribed: "If I Forget Thee Oh Jerusalem…" (Hebrew). On the lower part appears a slightly flattened large circle; in its center the Dome of the Rock with Cypress trees on both sides. Above the structure made of a combination of silver foil and paint, appears the inscription "Merom Rishon, Mekom Midasheinu", and below it, in large letters - "Yerushalem". Around it, in a frame, are drawn twelve medallions, round or flattened, with graphic depictions of the holy places: Rachel's Tomb, Cave of the Patriarchs, King David's Tomb, Zacharia's Tomb, Elisha's Tomb, Tomb of Yosef HaTzadik, Tomb of Shimon HaTzadik, Tomb of Meir Ba'al HaNess, Tomb of Rambam, Yad Absalom, Tomb of Rashbi and Tomb of Shmuel the Prophet.

Oil paint and silver foil on glass.
Tablets of the Law appear in the center, with the Ten Commandments. Upper ends of the tablets and the space between them are decorated with flowers. Around the tablets appears a large gate supported by two columns topped with flower vases. Inscribed on the gate: "VeZot HaTorah Asher…" with a large Torah Crown below it, surrounded by flowering branches and topped with a Star of David. Artist's signature on the base of the columns: "…Yerushalem…Moshe ben Yitzchak Mizrahi".

Two decorated glass plaques, with an identical design (different colors): a pair of lions holding a ribbon, inscribed: "Kol Haba Baruch Haba" appear on upper part. In the center, within a circle, appear Rachel's Tomb with two trees on the side, a golden medallion, inscribed: "Baruch Ata BeVo'acha uBaruch Ata Betzetcha", a golden medallion with illustration of Joseph's Tomb (below it two "Shofars" with flowers and birds on both sides) and illustrations of Shmuel the Prophet's tomb and the Cave of the Patriarchs. On the left and right side of the central circle appear two pairs of Cypresses and two rams standing on a rock.

A pair of lions supporting a round wreath of flowers appear on top. Within the wreath appears a Star of David with the word "Zion". Below, among other floral decorations, are five white rectangles. According to Haviva Peled, in the chapter dedicated to Moshe Mizrahi in an article "Seven Artists in Eretz Israel" (Hebrew), plaques such as this one, were presented as wedding gifts and were meant for mounting photographs of the couple.

A large "LaMenatze'ach" Menorah appears in the center. Above the Menorah is an arch with the verses "Ki Amcha Mekor Haim…" and on both sides of the Menorah appear vases with tall colorful flowers. On the left and right are two columns with initials of "Ana BeKoach". On the base of the columns appear initials of the verses "Veyiten Lecha Hashem mital hashamayim…" and "El Shadai yevarech otcha…" (Genesis 27-28). By the Menorah base appear initials of the verse "Ben Porat Yosef…" and signature of the writer: "Moshe Ben Yitzchak Mizrahi". On the lower part is a dedication: "In the name of Yitzchak David Safia Ben Zilpa, Jerusalem".

"Shiviti" written on paper. In the center appear three Menorahs - two consist of Psalms ("Shir LaMa'a lot..." and "LaMenatze'ach…") and the third Menorah consists of words from "Ana BeKoach" liturgy. Blessings and various verses appear in circles near the Menorah's bases and in illustrations shaped as Tablets of the Law which appear above them.
The frame is entirely illustrated with domes and arches, symbolizing holy grave sites in Eretz Israel, as titled in handwriting: Adam and Eve, Abraham and Sarah, Moshe and Zipora, Rashbi, Rabbi Haim Vital, Shmuel the Prophet, King David, Yosef HaTzadik, Rabbi Yosef Karo, Yehoshua Ben Nun, and more. On upper part appear names of four holy towns: Safed, Hebron, Tiberias and Jerusalem.
A similar "Shiviti" is incorporated in a Ketubah from Isfahan, 1890, illustrated by Moshe ben Yeshuah, in the collection of the Eretz Israel Museum, Tel-Aviv (no. MHEJ 446).

In the center "Lamenatze'ach Beneginot Shir Mizmor" shaped as a Menorah, with the title "Shiviti" above it. Additional verses and words of protection surround the Menorah. On both sides of the Menorah appear stair ramps and hand palms holding chains ending with two Temple vessels. A decoration depicting the Dome of the Rock appears at the base of the Menorah, inscribed: "Mekom Mikdash BeYerushalayim". In addition appear the Western Wall and Rachel's Tomb. Illustrations of the Tablets of the Law and three crowns appear on top. Decorated with vegetal and geometric patterns.
On lower part, from right to left, appears a dedication: "Zot HaMenorah … dedicated … Darwish ben Hiti…" (Hebrew).
