98 genealogical charts, paper items and photos, with information about the Jaffe and Meyerof families of Germany. Early 20th century until the 1960s. German.
* Ten genealogical charts, typewritten and mimeographed, recording the lineage of the Jaffe family from the birth of its predecessor, R. Mordechai Jaffe (author of the Levush) in 1530 until the 1960s (four charts are incomplete).
* Two copies of a handwritten genealogical composition about the Meyerof family from the city of Hildesheim, each containing 35 genealogical charts. Contains information about the members of the family from 1720 until the beginning of the 1930s.
* Seven handwritten charts, notes and printed leaves, with more data about both families. One chart records a wedding which took place in 1913 – of Otto Federline (from the Meyerof family) with Rela Jaffe.
* 11 photographs and pictures, most pasted unto cardboard cards with handwritten descriptions on verso (English and Hebrew), of the mutual branch of the two families.
Enclosed: a memorial sheet, printed and filled-in by hand, for David Jaffe who died in 1925.
