Collected works of Haim Nachman Bialik in a deluxe edition. Four volumes: First book - poems; second book - stories and literature; third book - translation of Don Quixote; fourth book - translation of Wilhelm Tell.
The four volumes are signed by Haim Nachman Bialik and by Joseph Budko on the colophon leaves, but are not numbered; bound in vellum bindings of good quality with gold ornamentations, and with gilt edges. Placed in a hand-made case, prepared especially for the books (probably around the time of publication).
Volumes: 25X18 cm. Fair condition. Worming to several leaves and to bindings (slight). Case in fair-poor condition. Significant worming, defects and stains.
