Collection of documents – Shulamit Klebanov, emissary on behalf of the "Jewish Agency" to DPC's in Germany. Munich, Rome, Prague and Belsen, 1946-1948.The collection includes letters sent to Klebanov by friends, who also were emissaries of the "Jewish Agency" and acted for She'erit HaPleita in Europe. Two letters were sent by two emissaries to their friends, telling about their activities and meetings with holocaust survivors, and a copy of a letter sent to an engineer of "Ort" organization by a representative of "Moetzet HaPo'alot" in Eretz Israel, dealing in great detail with vocational courses offered by "Ort" to women in DPC's.

Seventy-five photographs documenting mostly the activity of "Bnei Akiva" movement. Germany, 1946-1947.Featured are Mordechai and Devorah Rinrit, holocaust survivors who came to Eretz Israel after the war. Apparently, Mordechai joined the "Bnei Akiva" movement and returned to Europe. Included are photographs from Munich, Salzburg and other places, after the war, as well as photographs of Jewish youth movements.
Most of the photographs are 8X5.5 cm, some are 8X11 cm and some are postcard-sized, divided on the reverse. Fair-good condition. Creases and stains.

"Ezrat Nidachim" society was founded by Rabbi Israel Dov Frumkin on the one hundredth birthday of Sir Moses Montefiore. The society's aim was to assist the poor people in Jerusalem to learn a craft and to find work and livelihood so as to prevent them from turning to the Christian mission. In this booklet appears a summary of six months of operation. Lists of names of donors for various goals. Possibly part of Shoshana Halevi 453.
