Rescue of Greek Jews, some suggestions or a plan, by David Al-Boher, Tel Aviv, 1943.
German occupation of Greece started in 1941. On March 15, 1943, the first transport of Greek Jews was sent to Auschwitz followed by 19 additional transports. During the holocaust, some 60,000 Greek Jews were murdered, about 80% of the Jewish population before the war. 10,000 survivors were found in Greece after the war.
