Certificate in the amount of 2 shares – "Kidmat Kinnereth" (Kinnereth Development Company Ltd.). "Aleph Beth" press, Tel-Aviv, 1934. Hebrew and English.
Printed share, with details filled-in by hand, in Hebrew and in English (from 1934). Ten coupons (numbered 1-10).
Kinnereth Development Company Ltd. was founded in 1934 by Hermann Badt for the purpose of purchasing lands for agricultural settlement of German Jews on the eastern side of the Sea of Galilee. Two years later, following the 1936 riots, the company went bankrupt and sold the lands to JNF. The settlement Ein Gev was established on these lands.

Isaac Mandelblit (1903-1953) was a pioneering industrialist in Palestine, founder of a stone factory in Haifa and the Israeli "Ytong" factory in Pardess Hanna.
