1-2. Two postcards published by Palphot, Tel-Aviv, "Photograph Z. Kluger" [Zoltan Kluger]: main entrance to the fair and photograph of the British Pavillion.
3. Postcard with the photograph of the Palestine Industries Pavilion ("Palace of Local Products") at the end of the entrance avenue to the fair. Stamped on the back with two stamps: the Flying Camel stamp with the year 1934; photographer Eugen Spiegel's stamp.
4. Photograph of the Flying Camel sculpture by architect Aryeh Elhanani. On the back appears an ink-stamp: "Photo Erde – Ephraim Erde". Dated by hand on the back – 1936.

Two cards with "Shanah Tovah" greetings, sent by Palmach soldiers during the Independence War, [ca. 1948].
1. Photograph of two Palmach soldiers, Avraham Atiya and Amnon Brieger, by a Schwarzlose machine gun. A "Shanah Tovah" greeting appears on the photograph (in the plate). The photograph is titled on the back, in handwriting: "Avraham Atiya and myself on the Castel during the siege".

Twenty nine IDF "Shanah Tovah" cards. (1948-1949) [some cards are possibly from later years].
Most cards are folded in half; on the inside is a space for adding the sender's name and a mounted independence war photograph, and on the outside – a "window" through which the photograph is seen (the photographs differ from each other: fighters, armored vehicles, aircrafts, parades, and more). The collection also includes a number of greeting cards for special units: navy, Negev Brigade, "Harel" Brigade, "Battalion 79", and other units.
Most of the cards bear the sender's name, dedications and greetings written by hand, and some bear postmarks and Israeli postal stamps.
Enclosed: A card with the IDF emblem and a frame with a soldier's photograph on top. On the bottom is an inscription: "Photo Kugel Haifa".
Size and condition vary. Good overall condition.

Jerusalem eingenommen: Die Heilige Stadt von den Türken befreit [Jerusalem Captured: The Holy City Wrested from the Turks], a poster printed to mark the capture of Jerusalem by the British, [ca. 1917]. German.
A panoramic photograph of Jerusalem appears at the top of the poster, with German text about the city’s capture beneath. Within the text are three other photographs of Jerusalem and a photograph of General Allenby.
This poster was printed in several languages, including English, Spanish, and French.
58X83.5 cm. Fair condition. Folding marks and creases. Minor stains. Tears at the edges and along the folding lines, most of them restored. Open tears near the corners, restored.

Illustrated poster issued by Keren HaYesod in honor of the State of Israel’s first Independence Day. Tel Aviv: HaPoel HaTza’ir Cooperative Press, 1949. Design: The Shamir Brothers.
A congratulatory message from Keren HaYesod in honor of the State of Israel’s first Independence Day appears at the center of the poster: "Just as we were privileged to establish our state, so may we be privileged to improve and glorify it, and gather its children within it from the four corners of the earth….". Around the message is a frame of grapevines and oranges. At the top of the frame is a cloud issuing trumpets, a shofar, and Israeli flags. At the bottom of the frame is the date: "5 Iyar, 1949."

Poster in red and black, with the caption "Do not vote for collaborators and those who hand over their own brothers!" in the center. Hands pointing fingers at the caption are printed on both sides of it. The hands on the right side are bound in chains, with the names of the prisons and detention camps where members of the underground movements were held: Acre, Mizra, and Tzrifin; Latrun and Bethlehem; Sudan, Kenya; the Jaffa, Jerusalem, and Cairo prisons.
The poster, which was presumably printed before the elections for the first Knesset (the Constituent Assembly), was aimed at the Mapai and Mapam political parties, whose members were involved in the "saison" ("the hunting season," an operation in which members of the Irgun were handed over to the British).

The poster shows the Tower of David enclosed by the Old City wall, which is encircled by a chain with broken links. Above the wall appears the legend: "4 years since the fall of David's City, 20 Iyar 1948. We will yet redeem you, O Jerusalem!".
Approx. 49X34 cm. Good condition. Horizontal fold mark and stains. Tears, some of them open, at the edges, restored.
