Ketubah recording the marriage of the groom, Eliyahu ben Raphael, and the bride, Rachel bat Aharon. Herat, Afghanistan, Heshvan 5653 [1892].
At the top of the ketubah are five gates. Three are illustrated with vases holding flowers; the other two feature blessings and verses. At the bottom are five medallions containing the witnesses' signatures.
