Flowers of Palestine, postcard album with silhouette prints by Bezalel artist Meir Gur-Aryeh and pressed flowers. Published by "Bnei Bezalel". Jerusalem: "Zion" Press, [1920s].
The album contains ten postcards showing Jewish and Zionist-themed silhouettes by Meir Gur-Aryeh – the Western Wall, prayer upon embarking on a journey, harvest, a pioneer and more. Pressed flowers arrangements on the postcards.
The album is bound in a fine olivewood binding. On one side, the captions "Flowers of Palestine" and "Bezalel Jerusalem" (Hebrew). On the other, the caption "Flowers of Palestine" (Hebrew) and an illustration of a woman with a bouquet of flowers and a deer beside her.
[10] ff., 6.5X13 cm. Good condition. Stains. Minor blemishes to pressed flowers. Inscription in pen on the front endpaper. Margins of postcards slightly trimmed (on one side; affecting the printed text on verso). Loose binding.

Catalogue of the plants of biblical Palestine, "from Dan to Beersheba", published by the American Colony, Jerusalem. The catalogue lists many species of plants, and contains references to standard botanic books, such as those by Linnaeus and Boissier.
45, [1] pp. 20.5 cm. Good-fair condition. Stains. Tears to edges of several leaves. Inner margins of some of leaves reinforced with paper. Many pencil markings. Non-original binding, worn.

A letter box made of olivewood, decorated with a photograph of the Temple Mount. [Jerusalem, late 19th century].
Olivewood; wood inlay; printing.
An oblique box, divided into three compartments. Mounted on the inside of the lid is a photograph of the Dome of the Rock and its surrounding square. In the center of the lid, the inscription "Jerusalem" was printed and its margins are decorated with diagonal wood inlay.
The box comes with a key, however its lock is damaged.
14.5X13.5X28 cm. Good condition. Blemishes and minor fractures.
