A patriotic tale incorporating historical events which took place during the Hasmonean revolt and story of Chanukah with events of War of Independence: in an attempt to defend their homeland, eight children travel the country trying of gather sparks of “fire of bravery” in order to ignite the collective “torch of bravery”. The children visit Tower of David, Kibbutz Negba, Tel-Chai, Degania, Kibbutz Yechiam, and additional locations.

The magazine, designed and illustrated by Dikstein himself, features strips based on fairy tales and children's stories such as Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, the Ugly Duckling, Little Red Riding Hood and Dr. Doolittle as well as well-known fables. The magazine ceased to appear after four issues only.
