11 plaques, medals and other Items Commemorating Theodor Herzl. Israel (one item from the USA), ca. 1940s-1960s
1-2. Two oval plaques, cast, with a profile relief of Herzl, inscribed on the base: "Dr. Binyamin Ze'ev Herzl, Iyar 10, 1860 – Tamuz 20, 1904". [ca. 1940s-50s].
On of the plaques (made of bronze) is, most probably, made by "Pal-Bell" and the other was, possibly, cast as an imitation.
3-6. Two medals and two plaques commemorating Herzl, designed by Shmuel Krechmer: • Medal for "Keren HaYesod", issued, apparently, on the occasion of "Herzl Year" (1955 or 1960). • Medal with Herzl's profile, seven branched Menorah, seven stars and the legend "If you will it, it is no dream". • Two round plaques, one made of copper and the other made of brass, with a relief of Herzl's profile.
7. Medal – one hundred years since Herzl's birth. Obverse: Herzl's profile and the legends "Theodor Herzl", "1860-1960". Reverse: Symbols of the Twelve Tribes of Israel and the legends "Israel, Iyar 5, 1948" (Hebrew) and "Israel, 14 Mai 1948".
8-9. Two medals – liberation of Jerusalem. Obverse: Herzl's profile and the legends "Our Will was no Legend " (Hebrew and English). Reverse: Soldier standing by the Western Wall and the legend: "Liberation of Jerusalem".
10. Medal for the 50th anniversary of the Balfour declaration. Obverse: Herzl's profile and the legend "Our will was no legend" (Hebrew and English). Signed Duda (David Edelstein). Reverse: the Knesset surmounted by a citation from the Balfour Declaration: "A national home for the Jewish People, Balfour and Parliament House" and below: "A National Home for the Jewish People, Balfour 1917-1969".
11. Pin with the portrait of Theodor Herzl. The letters ZOA [Zionist Organization of America] appear below.

Some are duplicates. • Three pins bearing an image of Herzl, apparently for the 16th Zionist Congress in 1929. • A pin for the "honor guard bringing Herzl’s coffin to Israel" with the caption (in Hebrew): "You shall bring up my bones from there" (Genesis 50:25). • A medallion marking the convention of the Zionist Organization of America in 1924, hung on a cloth ribbon in the colors of the American flag, with a blue-and-white ribbon affixed to it, reading: "27th annual convention, Zionist Orgzn. of America", and more.

Hexagonal pin, partly colored in blue. In the center appears a Star of David and at the margins appears the name of the unit in German and in Polish – "Ordnungsdienst, Sluzba porzadkow".
The Jewish Ghetto Police were units of auxiliary-police founded by Nazi order in Ghettoes and certain settlements in German occupied zones during World War II.

A pin in the shape of a shied, with a Star of David on a blue-white background. On top and bottom margins appears the legend: "D.P. Police, Landsberg/L".
