Three Hanukkah lamps made from rifle butts. Candleholders, including servant lights, made from bullet cartridges. Hanukkah lamps of this type were presented as farewell gifts to members of the standing army upon their retirement from the IDF. They were typically made from the rifle butts of the actual weapons that had accompanied the retiring soldiers throughout the course of their military careers.
1. Supported on wooden base. With emblem of Israel Navy missile boat flotilla crew, the IDF emblem, and the image of an athlete (shot-putter?) holding up the IDF's athletic badge of honor. Height: 16.5 cm. Width: 29.5 cm. Good condition.
2. Supported on bullet cartridge. Height: 20 cm. Width: 30 cm. Good condition.
3. Supported on base made from the rim of a 90-mm artillery tracer shell (of the type fired from a tank gun). Height: 17 cm. Width: 29.5 cm. Good condition.

Large, upright Hanukkah lamp, supported on six legs. Attached to the leg facing forward is an ornament in the shape of a fighter jet. Central column bears three emblems of the Israel Air Force's Center for Technical Publications (in three colors – bronze, silver, and gold). Above these, the "Paratrooper Wings" (insignia of the Paratroopers Brigade), and above this, three square plaques with the emblem of the IAF. Similarly, a rectangular plaque with the IAF emblem appears at the tip of each branch. Candleholders all made from rifle bullet cartridges.
Height: 54.5 cm. Width: 43 cm.

Adjacent to the base is a metal plate with an engraved inscription (Hebrew) in remembrance of the Six-Day War: "Souvenir of the third war since the establishment of the State of Israel, the ‘Six-Day' War, June 5, 1967 – June 11, 1967, liberating the Sinai Peninsula, Judea and Samaria, and the Golan Heights (on the Sabbath)."
