Two letters by the Ga'on Rabbi Yechezkel Abramsky while he served as Av-Beit-Din of London. (1946-1949).
One letter was sent to Beit Din in Haifa about registering a divorce and the second letter was sent to Rabbi Hillel Medalie concerning peace between a couple that had been divorced in a civil court.
The Ga'on Rabbi Yechezkel Abramsky (1886-1976),Rabbi of London, disciple of Rabbi Chaim of Brisk. Among the leading rabbis of his time, in Russia, Britain and Jerusalem. He wrote the twenty five volumes of Chazon Yechezkel on Tosefta, and more. Several books and memoirs have been written about him.

1. Letter to Rav Moshe Ostrowsky of the Rabbinical Ministry", 1943. Regarding delay in paying the salary of Rabbi David Raful who works in the Beit Din:"… It is not polite to treat him that way, as he is a scholar and his leadership is needed of value".
2. Letter regarding financial matters, 1960: "the matters concern both parties, it is not possible to answer one party only. Both parties will therefore present their petitions before a Kosher Beit Din".
3. Signed Marriage Certificate.

Letter from Harav Avraham Yitzchak Ha-Cohen Kook, Jerusalem, [1934].
The letter deals with the "sending of telegrams regarding the removal of the provocative libel against the pious Rappaport of Minsk, made by the Bulsheviks".
Rabbi Ya'akov Tuvia Rappaport, the chief Shochet in Minsk, of the Slonimer Chasidim. In the end, the authorities staged a "Public Trial" against him, following which Rabbi Ya'akov Tuvia was exiled to Siberia, where his traces were lost.
See enclosed material from letters of Rabbi Chaim Ozer to Rabbi Kook, in 1934, in which he writes of his activities on behalf of saving Rabbi Rappaport. (Kobetz Igrot Achiezer, letter 124, page 204; letter 305, page 457).

Notebook leaves from a Beit Din in Erfoud (Morocco), ledger for registering Ketubah obligations from the years 1931-1950.
On each page there are signatures of the Dayanim Rabbi Yosef Simchon, Rabbi David Ben Hamo. (On one page, signature of the Dayan Rabbi Meir Turgeman). On several pages, confirmation of the notes, written, signed and stamped by Rabbi Yisrael Abuhatzeira (the "Baba Sali") who served in those years and Chief Rabbi and Av-Beit-Din in Erfoud and its surroundings.
The Holy Rebbe Yisrael Abuhatzeira, the "Baba Sali" was born in 1889 to his father the Holy Rabbi Masud Rabbi of Tafilalat (Morocco), son of Rabbi Ya'akov Abuhatzeira. An exalted Ga'on in both the revealed and hidden Torah, he was holy and pure from a young age. Published the letters of his grandfather Rabbi Ya'akov. Served as chief rabbi of Arpoud and its surroundings. In 1949 he arrived in Jerusalem, returned to Morocco and France, and in 1964 came to Eretz Yisrael and settled in Netivot. Many flocked to his house for council and blessings and he became famous all over Israel. Died in 1984. His grandchildren are the famous Abuhatzeira Rebbes.
