Three Jerusalemite "Shiviti". On two of them appear Stars of David inscribed "Anenu Magen David Anenu" and "Tefilah Belo Kavana…". One shiviti is decorated with colorful decorations.
Average size: 25X16 cm. Condition varies, fair to good. Original frames, one dismantled.

Six "Shiviti" amulets with "LaMenatze'ach" Menorah. [Eretz Israel / Persia / Libya / Morocco, first half of 20th century].
Black and colorful ink on vellum.
In the center of each of the amulets is the psalm "LaMenatze'ach" in the shape of a Menorah with the title "Shiviti" above it. Name combinations, acronyms and letters for protection surround the Menorah. One amulet is decorated with vegetal patterns and the vessels of the Temple (probably from Morocco). Two amulets are written or decorated with colorful ink. One amulet is signed by the author: "Cho'ato Rubin" (Libya). Added on the reverse of one of the amulets: "…ani Yosef ben M. Daniel…"
Size varies, 11.5X7.5 cm. - 17.5X11.5 cm. Condition varies, some in fair-poor condition.

1. Small "Shiviti", printed on paper (for insertion in a Siddur). [Eretz Israel, ca. 1940s].
Printed "Shiviti" with a "LaMenatze'ach" Menorah and illustrations of the Temple's vessels in golden ink. Various initials appear on the margins, written by hand. The inscription "HaMenorah Hazot…BaSiddur" appears in the lower margins. 16X10.5 cm. Good condition. Framed.
2. "Jerusalemite Amulet", printed on paper. [Jerusalem], 1930.
Amulet for well-being, for protection against plague, fire, evil eye and against all evil. Based on the shape of the amulet by Yosef Eligula printed in Jerusalem in 1874. Printed on the bottom margins: "Ze HaKuntras… Elul 1930". Ca. 25X18 cm. Fair-good condition. Framed. Unexamined out of frame.

Small "Shviti", for hanging at home, serving also as a "Mizrah". A "LaMenatze'ach" Menorah appears in the center, and two golden lions with tongues sticking out appear on the base. Borders and floral decorations in colors of gold, red, green and purple.
Approx. 35X22.5 cm. Good condition. Some stains. Framed. Unexamined out of frame.
