4 leaves, 18.5 cm. Wear on margins with missing sections (professionally restored). Elegant leather binding.
Printing apparently incomplete. Majority of copies contain only first pamphlet which consists of 4 unnumbered leaves (as listed by Ya’ari in list of printings of Constantinople). National Library in Jerusalem is presently in possession of the second pamphlet which consists of leaves 5-8 and ends with “Ha Lachma Anya”. Exceptionally rare. All known copies, substantially missing on margins; in this copy majority of restoration performed on original leaves.

In this copy, the Passover Haggadah appears on leaves 33/2 and 50/1, followed by Birkat HaNehenin ending on leaf 51/2 [missing additional leaf beginning with prayer Yehi Ratzon]. Layout and illustrations slightly differ from additional rare copy which appeared in Kedem catalogue, auction 19 item 122.

Laws and commentaries in Yiddish-Deitsch. The four foundations (Yesodot) are the foundation of fear (of Heaven), the foundation of love, the foundation of service and the foundation of blessing. In this edition as in the Hebrew edition printed in Amsterdam that same year, only the first two foundations appear. The approbations at the beginning of this haggada are from the Hebrew edition (see Otzar HaHagadot, 305-306; Ya'ari 204).
