Lengthy letter (2 written pages) handwritten and signed by R. Moses Chaim Segal Litsch-Rosenbaum, author of Lechem Rav. [Tállya?, ca. 1880s-1890s].
Addressed to the community of Eperjes (Hungary; present day: Prešov, Slovakia), who had invited him to present his candidacy as rabbi of the city. He replies that he does not wish to do so, since his brother-in-law R. Tuvia Schweiger had already applied for the position. He praises R. Tuvia profusely in the letter.
R. Moses Chaim HaLevi Litsch-Rosenbaum (1864 – Kislev 1942), prominent Hungarian rabbi. Son of R. Gershon Litsch-Rosenabum Rabbi of Tállya. Served as rabbi of Shamloi (Șimleu Silvaniei) and Kleinwardein (Kisvarda).

Addressed to his colleague R. Akiva Yosef Schlesinger in Jerusalem. He reports that he sent someone to pray at the gravesite of his mother-in-law (wife of R. Hillel Lichtenstein of Kolomyia) to pray for his daughter, and blesses her with a complete recovery and sons.

Letter on official postcard with the printed letterhead of R. Eliezer Deutsch in Hebrew and Hungarian. The letter is addressed to R. Chaim Dov Gross Rabbi of Petrova, suggesting a segulah for lung diseases from Rebbe Shalom of Belz, as well as other segulot and remedies through Holy Names.

The recipient, R. Chaim Dov Gross (ca. 1880 – 1938), disciple of the Arugot HaBosem, rabbi of Petrova from 1904 and later dean, posek and maggid in Munkacs. One of the leading experts in his times on genealogy.

Halachic responsum (over 30 lines) handwritten, signed and stamped by R. Eliezer Deutsch Rabbi of Bonyhád. Bonyhád, 1906.
Responsum regarding the rights of reciting the Kaddish after studying in the Chevrat Shas. Written on a leaf with the heading: "Protocol" (presumably a leaf from the Bonyhád Chevrat Shas Pinkas). The responsum concludes with the signature and stamp of R. Eliezer Deutsch, rabbi of Bonyhád, and was published in his book Duda'ei HaSadeh, section 101 (p. 54b).
On the verso, list of names and accounts of members of the Bonyhád Chevrat Shas, signed by the leaders of the society R. Yosef HaKohen Schwartz, R. Aharon [Katz] Kahn and R. Zelig Krausz, with the stamp of the society.

Discussion of various halachic topics. Written in response to a letter from his brother-in-law R. Yaakov Tzvi Katz Rabbi of Hajdúszoboszló (both were sons-in-law of R. Shmuel Fränkel Rabbi of Dorog, author of Imrei Shefer).
R. Ze'ev Wolf Czitron (1857-1927), rabbi of Dorog for over 45 years. His sermons were published in Aggadot Maharzatz on the Torah. Most of his Torah novellae were lost during the Holocaust.

Addressed to R. Gershon Wolf Banet, dayan in Ungvar (son-in-law of R. Shlomo Ganzfried). The letter pertains to laws of divorce and testimony.
R. Elazar Löw (1839-1917), author of Pekudat Elazar. Son and successor of R. Yirmiyahu Löw Rabbi of Ujhel, author of Divrei Yirmiyahu. He served as rabbi of Ujhel and later Ungar, and was one of the leading Orthodox rabbis in Northern Hungary.

Addressed to his disciple R. Aharon Taussig in Jerusalem, son of the dayan from Mattersdorf. Inquiry about his wellbeing and that of other disciples.
R. Akiva Sofer (1878-1960), author of Daat Sofer, grandson of the Ketav Sofer. Served as rabbi and dean of Pressburg for 33 years. In 1939, he fled to Lugano, Switzerland, and from there immigrated to Jerusalem, where he reestablished his yeshiva and community.

R. Shmuel Binyamin Sofer (ca. 1873 – 1943), leading Hungarian rabbi. Son of R. Eliezer Sussman Sofer Rabbi of Paks (author of Et Sofer, disciple of the Chatam Sofer). Rabbi of Derecske. He left the rabbinate in 1918, and settled in Paks in 1933. Author of the Divrei Soferim series.

Manuscript handwritten by the author. R. Eliezer David's novellae on the books of Bereshit and Shemot were published before the Holocaust. The manuscripts of the other parts were hidden in the ground and thus survived the Holocaust, and were only finally published in 1976. The present leaf may have been amongst the writings which were hidden during the Holocaust.
This manuscript contains the initial text, handwritten by the author; it was published with many variations in the Brooklyn 1976 and Bnei Brak 2008 editions.
R. Eliezer David Grünwald Rabbi of Satmar (ca. 1866 – 1928), prominent Torah leader and yeshiva dean in Hungary and Transylvania. Close disciple of his brother R. Moshe Grünwald, the Arugot HaBosem. He served as rabbi in many prominent communities, establishing in each place a large yeshiva where he edified many disciples, including dozens of rabbis and poskim.

Letter of recommendation for a student in his yeshiva. R. Weissmandl explains that the student fallen on hard times and was compelled to leave the yeshiva, and asks to support him.
R. Michael Dov Weissmandl (1904-1958), tremendous Torah scholar, prominent rescue activist during the Holocaust and founder of the Nitra yeshiva in the United States.
