Upon title page: “Printed by… Rabbi Shmuel Avraham Shapiro son of Rabbi of Slavita”, however, from the approbations granted in the year of the printing it is apparent that the printer was Rabbi Moshe Shapiro himself. Part of the title page text is in red ink.
