Signed by Rabbi "Shmuel Wilensky" - Rabbi Shmuel Charkover, the pride of the Lithuanian yeshiva world, student of Yeshivot Radin and Slabodka and among the greatest disciples of the Mir yeshiva who fled from Mir to Shanghai. He headed the Beit HaTalmud Yeshiva in New York together with his colleague Rabbi Aryeh Leib Malin. Died in 1959. Some of his novellas were published in the book "Ner Shmuel".
