Six edicts and trade franchises issued by the kings of Sweden. Stockholm, 1745–1821. Swedish, German, and French.
The royal edicts deal with managing the justice system, the police, and trade in the Swedish colony on the island of St. Barthélemy in the Caribbean Sea, while the franchises deal with establishing trade and a maritime route to the American continent and the states of the Caribbean Islands, the sale of imported products such as tobacco and wine, and trade permits that were given to the West India Company and to private merchants.
