Letters from Rabbinic Courts – Regarding Forgery of Will
Letter of testimony from Rabbi Chaim Araki and Rabbi Yisrael Yichya Medina (of the Yemenite community). From a rabbinic court session held in Jerusalem, signed by the rabbis participating and stamped with the ink-stamp of the Beit Din: Rabbi moshe Nachum Wallenstein, Rabbi Mordechi Leib Rubin and Rabbi Yitzchak Frankel. Letters regarding inheritance will which husband left for wife, which was written not according to law (by Mr. David Yellin). After the rabbis proclaimed the will invalid, the woman procured a forged document signed by false witnesses.
One page, 27 cm. Good-fair condition, with folding marks and restored tears.
