Signed are Rabbi Avraham Chaim Hakalman, Rabbi Leib Ruchamkin [father-in-law of Rabbi Shlomo Zalman Auerbach], Rabbi Yechiel Grossberg and more. 77 protocols of meetings of the free-loan fund, for the porpose of approving requests of the teachers for loans for housing, marriage and more. [In Protocol 57 from 1930, they approved a loan for Rabbi Aryeh Levin, for the marriage of his daughter to Rabbi Elyashiv].
