Walking Cane with Wine-Opener – "Le-Chayim"

Walking cane made of wood, silver and ivory. England, 19th century?
Black painted wooden cane narrowing towards the bottom. A marked silver ring at the tip of the cane. The handle is made of ivory or ivory-like and bears the inscription "L'Chayim" in fine letters enclosed in a thin frame. A wine opener is attached to an unseen part of the handle.
Height: 86 cm. Width of handle: 10 cm. Good condition.
