The Third Agudat Yisrael Convention – Photograph
A photograph of the head table of the third Agudat Yisrael Convention that took place on the 10th-18th of Elul, 1937 in Marienbad (Czechoslovakia).
The Gur Rebbe, the Imrei Emet and the Rebbe of Alexander are seen in the photograph (sitting together in the second row), the Rebbe of Sadigura, Rabbi Yehuda Leib Tzirlson of Kishinev, Rabbi Rosenheim etc.
Divided like a postcard, on reverse side are several rows in German with the date Aug. 17, 1937 (10th of Elul 1937), sent by post to Dr. Avraham Schiff of Berlin.
Enclosed is an official envelope, with the inscription Agudat Yisrael Convention in Hebrew, German and Czech, and a picture of the hotel where the event took place. Sent by post, with Czech postage stamps and special stamps of the Third Agudat Yisrael Convention.
