There is old custom in Jerusalem, during the days of selichot and mercy, the Rabbis of the Batei Din check the kashrut of the shochatim regarding their knowledge of preparing the knives according to halachic demands.
Official stationary, with full signature and stamp. 22.5 cm. Very good condition.
