422 pages, 23.5 cm. Fair condition. Stains on title-page, restored tears, with paper pasted for re-enforcement. Margins of last pages are cut and restored, with omission to text. Worn cloth cover.
Does not appear on MB CD, nor on Winograd Rosenfeld CD.
