Children's textbook of the Hebrew alphabet and the tenets of Judaism, by R. Nathan Levine and his wife Evelyn, a Hebrew teacher. The booklet was published during Levine's tenure as community rabbi in Port Elizabeth. His goal was "to enable Jewish parents in isolated and inaccessible towns to teach their children the tenets of Hebrew and Judaism, by means of pictures and simple explanations" (
