Year-round siddur following Ashkenazi rite, with Tehillim and supplications; with Yiddish translation (in Tsene-rene typeface). Amsterdam: Yochanan Levi Rofe, his brother-in-law Baruch and brother Hertz, [1786].
Separate title page for the Book of Tehillim and supplications. Original leather-covered wooden binding, with silver corners and clasps.
243; 92; 144 leaves. Leaf 98 of first sequence bound out of order, after leaf 102. Approx. 18 cm. Condition varies, some leaves in fair condition, many leaves in good-fair condition. Stains and wear. Tears, including open tears affecting text, with paper repairs (many of them over text). Leaves trimmed with minor damage to headings in several places. Handwritten inscriptions on endpapers. Gilt edges. Early leather binding, with original marbled endpaper and clasps. Minor damage to binding.
