Otzar HaRabbanim 11910), rabbi in Tinia and chief Av Beit Din of Budapest; immigrated to Eretz Israel in 1946 where he was known as one of the greatest rabbis, participated in the editing and management of Otzar HaPoskim [treasury of Halachic rulings] and more. Author of Chok L'Yisrael.
