Prof. Heinrich Lowe (185-1951) was one of the fathers of the Zionist movement in Germany. Reporter, publicist, linguist, thinker and Jewish-German librarian, one of the leaders of the Zionist movement. Pioneer and founder of librarianship in Israel.
