1. Handleiding tot de kennis van het Israëlitisch beestensnijden, by B.J. Hamburger and J.I. Italie. Amsterdam, 1852. Dutch and some Hebrew. Rules of Shechita and Bedikah by R' Weil with commentaries in Dutch.
A large folded plate with illustration of the trachea and esophagus appears at the end of the book. [1], 48 pp + [1] plate, 21.5 cm. Good-fair condition. Stains. Illustrations plate is detached with tears at margins and to folding marks. Ex-library copy.

A book detailing different methods of slaughter, the advantages of Halachic slaughter in comparison to the method of Russian slaughterers. Two illustrations.
