Was published as part of a series of satirical leaflets during the 1848 revolution concerning daily matters. The name Yitzchak Moshe Hirsch is pseudonym of the publisher Levine Kalman Weil and the historian Shmuel Loevenhertz. The note is in German and includes citation in faulty Yiddish in German letters.
