Mishe Torah L'HaRambam, with Migdal Oz, Maggid Mishna and glosses by Maharam Padua. Books Hafla'ah, Zera'im, Avodah, Korbanot, Tahara, Nezikin. [Venice, 1550. Bragadin printing press]. Incomplete copy, starts in the middle of Hilchot Shavu’ot and ends in Maimon responsa printed at the end of Seder Nezikin + additional pages (detached): pages 12-22 of Sefer HaMitzvot L’HaRambam and Hassagot HaRambam, printed in this edition as a part in itself.
On the margins appear hundreds of handwritten glosses, [Yemen, ca. 18th century]. The content of the glosses is divided into three kinds of comments: comments and interpretations, with citations from Sifrei HaTur and adjudicators; hundreds of sources and notations to the Rambam in the Bible and the Talmud; on the wide margins of sheets on bottom, copying of the Rambam book Mada-Ahavah, [probably the owner was missing this book, part one of the Rambam, and he copied it on the "paper" which became available].
(Copy missing three pages in the beginning) pages 396-585. (originally part 2, Hafla'a-Shoftim books and Sefer HaMitzvot: [1], 394-767, [1]; 41, [1] leaves). + leaves 12-22 (out of: 41 leaves of Sefer HaMitzvot). 42.5 cm. Fair-poor condition, worm damages to text, wear and spotting. Old binding, not ancient.
