Many of the guarantee bills are signed by Rabbi Meir Yoseph Haltovsky and Rabbi Moshe Bezalel Margaliot of Chayei Olam Yeshiva. Amongst the names of borrowers, you can find men and women of all sectors of the Jerusalem public, from the simplest people to the most famous rabbis.
