The date on the title page is 1768 (the Gregorian date is unclear), apparently this is the date of the preparation of the notebook and the writing of the members at the top of the pages. Later on, the notebook was used for writing regulations and decisions of the Chevra Kadisha and for inscriptions of the members' matters, from the years 1808-1811, with signatures of the society's members and the people in charge.
