L'Nefutzot Ye'uda V'Yisrael – Printed letter with handwritten signatures of Community heads of Parma Duchy and State Rabbi Shmuel Zecharya Ravina. Signed "At the place of the committee, here in the city of Busseto in the Parma State", [apparently, printed in Livorno], 1758.
Circular-letter by the committee of communities of the Parma Duchy, who were required to pay a total of 600,000 liras for living rights in the duchy cities and were threatened with expulsion. The letter contains a request to Italian communities to assist them. They are asked to send the money to Menachem ben Ya'akov Raba, Reggio resident, in the State of Modena.
Handwritten signatures of: The State Rabbi, Rabbi "Shmuel Zechaya ben Rabbi Eliezer Ravina, who serves the holy service in the aforementioned state". Also signed by the "Appointed Men": Rabbi "Avraham Michael ben Rabbi Shmuel Chaim Fontanila", Rabbi "Aharon Azarya ben Rabbi Mordechai Levi". And the men of the "small committee", Rabbis: "David ben Rabbi Matzliach Fontanila", "Ozriel [!] ben Moshe Seforno", "Moshe Zalman ben Ya'akov Chai Su'abi", "Yehuda Matzliach ben Yosef Chaim Carmi" and "Moshe Chaim ben Eliezer Pantzi".
