"To the dear people who walk in the path of the faithful" – a printed letter for the establishment of the Orthodox community institutes in Salonta (Transylvania). With stamp of community's rabbi Rabbi Natan Zvi Brisk. Salonta, [1927]. Yiddish. In the letter, the community heads announce the approval of the ministers for the Orthodox community to split from the Neology community and it calls for a collection of funds to build a synagogue and a mikvah.
Rabbi Natan Zvi Brisk (1883-1944), son-in-law of Rabbi Naftali HaCohen Shwartz Rabbi of Mad, served in the Toszek rabbinate near Groswardien. With the establishment of the Orthodox community in 1927, he went to serve in the Salonta rabbinate. Perished in the Holocaust.
Author of Nachalat Zvi (Kleinwardien 1916), Haggada Nachalat Avot (Kleinwardien, 1919) and other books.
