Announcement on behalf of the King of Bohemia and Hungary and ruler of Austria, Joseph I, concerning an epidemic that erupted in Hungary, and the means to avoid its spreading (changing the methods of transferring mail and more). In paragraph 6 appears that Jews with a specific permit to stay in Vienna are allowed to continue and stay there, however all other Jews should leave its territory. Foreign Jews are not allowed to enter Austrian areas. German.
