Collection of paper items, from the Etzel and Lehi Internment Camp in Gilgil, Kenya, 1947-1948
· Typewritten leaf: "In the slaves' ship to Sudan". · Piece of paper with a printed flag of Israel. · Manuscript of a satiric play titled "In the Kitchen" (Hebrew), for six actors. 12 pp. · Program of "Bamatenu – Theatrical Studio of the Jewish Detainees in Exile", Special Camp, Gilgil, Kenya. A stenciled and duplicated program, for a Hanukkah party in "Bamatenu" hall, December 1947 (Hebrew). · Program of "Bamatenu", April 3, 1948, for Purim (English). · Eight handwritten leaves (or a carbon copy of a manuscript) written by a prisoner in the camp, describing his way to the Gilgil Internment Camp. Size and condition vary. Fair-poor condition.
